FD Funds Administration, a subsidiary of Constancy Investments (which manages over $4.9 trillion in belongings), yesterday filed a preliminary registration with the USA Securities and Trade Fee (SEC) to launch a Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded fund (ETF).
